•Step Out to Fight Diabetes is a one-day, high-energy fund-raising walk designed to raise funds for research, education and advocacy programs of the American Diabetes Association

•Both individuals and teams, including families, friends and corporations, walk and raise money in support of the ADA

•An opportunity to get great exercise while honoring family members, friends and neighbors who live with or are at risk for developing diabetes

•Route, equipped with volunteers and staff offering water, snacks, entertainment and encouragement

•People of all ages and fitness levels can walk
