NCAA Game Summary - Florida Atlantic Vs. Arkansas-Little Rock

(Sports Network) - Mike Smith scored 18 points to lead the second- seeded Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans to a 66-60 victory over the seventh-seeded Florida Atlantic Owls in quarterfinal play of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

Steven Moore added 17 points and five assists for UALR (20-10), which will now move into the semifinals and will take on the third-seeded Western Kentucky Hilltoppers.

Paul Graham III posted 15 points for FAU (15-18), while Xavier Perkins and Carderro Nwoji contributed 12 and 10 points, respectively.

The Trojans held FAU to a mere 30.0 percent shooting effort from the floor in the first half and went into the break with a 34-24 lead.

UALR overcame a terrible 12-of-27 clip from the foul line in the second stanza with a 45.0 percent shooting effort from the floor, which led to the six-point victory for the Trojans.

The Trojans dominated the glass in the contest, outrebounding FAU by a 37-27 margin.

Marquette
The 15th-ranked Marquette Golden Eagles are set to host the Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers in non-league action from the Bradley Center. These teams have met 35 times, and Marquette has never lost to the Panthers. The 35-game winning streak is the second-longest active run by any program against a single opponent and ranks eighth all-time.
