Greeley, CO -- (Sports Network) - Sean Taibi scored 20 points to pace the Northern Colorado Bears in the 79-66 victory over the Eastern Washington Eagles in a Big Sky Conference affair.

Jabril Banks hit all nine of his shots from the floor and finished with 19 points for Northern Colorado (12-15, 5-9 BSC). Jefferson Mason added 12 points for the Bears off the bench.

Adris DeLeon poured in 27 points in the setback for Eastern Washington (11-18, 6-9), which got 13 points from Kellen Williams.

Northern Colorado connected on 55.6 percent of its field goal attempts in the first half and led 38-35 at intermission.

Over the final 20 minutes, the Bears shot an identical 55.6 percent and played solid defense en route to the victory.

Northern Colorado finished the game with a 38-25 rebounding advantage, helping the squad overcome 20 turnovers.
