Louisville LB Myles Declares For Draft

Friday, January 11, 2008

(Sports Network) - Louisville linebacker Lamar Myles, a junior, has left school and will declare for the NFL Draft, the school said Friday.

Myles, a Winter Haven, Florida native, finished 2007 with 128 total tackles (76 solo), more than twice any other player on the team. The 6-foot-1, 220- pounder also logged eight tackles for a loss, two sacks, and three fumble recoveries.

Undersized for an inside linebacker in the NFL, Myles may project as an outside linebacker.
