Tampa, FL -- (Sports Network) - The University of South Florida accepted an invitation to play in the 2007 Sun Bowl, held on December 31 at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas.

The 25th-ranked Bulls will play the third place team from the Pac-10. Currently that team would be Oregon, but the Pac-10 still has one week of games left.

South Florida finished 9-3 overall and 4-3 in the Big East.
