Posted: 11:41 am EDT July 9, 2009Updated: 11:47 am EDT July 9, 2009

Kissimmee city commissioners spent a portion of Tuesday evening's meeting debating the design and costs of a new city logo.

Osceola News Gazette's Around Osceola website reports that three drafts of proposed logos were presented to the commission. A new logo would add the words "In God We Trust."

According to the story, the new logo would show up as supplies of items with the current logo were depleted or as signs were replaced due to damage or wear.

The commission has asked for more proposals before any decision is made.
