Man Accused In Teen Molestation Pleads No Contest

BUNNELL, Fla. -- David Ray Maldonado, 43, pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious battery and possession of child pornography in a Flagler County courtroom on Monday.

News-journalonline.com reports that Maldonado's wife has already been sentenced to prison after pleading no contest to lewd and lascivious battery on a teenager. David Maldonado will be sentenced in December and can get as much as 25 years in prison.
