ORLANDO, Fla. -- Three robbers stormed an Orange County bank Monday and ordered all the customers to get on the floor while they collected their cash. Eyewitnesses say the robbers looked organized. They say the crooks were dressed up like they were on a police SWAT team. The suspects robbed the Bank of America on Sand Lake Road (see map) on Monday morning and then escaped in a Chevy SUV. The suspects were masked and wearing all black when they went inside the bank’s doors and were in less than a minute (surveillance images).

Almost like a scene out of a movie, bank robbers in all black, with semi-automatic rifles, rushed into the bank just before lunchtime, when it was packed with customers.“Somebody said, ‘Get down, get down, get down!’” eyewitness Marie Fleury said (watch interview).Fleury was waiting for a teller when three men with guns ordered everyone to the floor. She says she was just below one suspect as he jumped over the counter.“I think I was gonna die. I mean, this is the first time this happen to me in my whole life,” she said.“They were like SWAT, man, just like SWAT,” an eyewitness, who didn’t want to be identified, said (watch interview). But instead of getting down, the man said he ran for the exit when he saw the guns pointed his way.“Just run for your life. That's the only thing you do. And at that time, I was like, ‘Please God, nobody shoot me from back,’” he said.He called 911, but it was already too late.Several customers told Eyewitness News the bank robbers even seemed to know how long they could spend inside before making their getaway.“Then I heard, ‘30 seconds, 30 seconds!" And then, after 30 seconds, they're gone,” Fleury told Eyewitness News.Crime scene investigators searched for clues on their hands and knees, but even detectives know catching the men won't be easy.“They had a plan and it looks like they executed a plan and it's our job now to track ‘em down,” said Det. Jason Sams, Orange County Sheriff's Office.Detectives said the suspects got in and out in less than a minute. They won't say how much money they took, but they might be driving a gold or tan Chevy Tahoe with tinted windows. They think they're looking for two black men and one white or Hispanic man, all of them 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9.There were no reports of injuries.
