Expert Defends Truck Driver In Fatal Accident

BUNNELL, Fla. -- An accident reconstruction expert told a Flagler County jury that a truck driver wasn't to blame in a fatal accident even though that driver ran a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle.

News-JournalOnline.com reports that attorneys representing the truck driver's employer say there wasn't enough warning to the truck driver alerting him that he was approaching a dangerous intersection. A Palm Coast woman died and her husband was seriously injured in the accident.
