Man Wins $5.1M In Wrongful Death Lawsuit

BUNNELL, Fla. -- A Flagler County circuit court jury awarded a man $5.1 million in a wrongful death lawsuit on Thursday.

The St. Augustine Record's website reports that the suit was filed after a sod company's driver ran a stop sign in a tractor-trailor and collided with a car. The accident killed a 67-eyar-old Palm Coast woman and seriously injured her husband.
