Orange County deputies arrested a man they say threatened a woman with an AK-47.

Deputies arrested Levelt Charlestin Sunday after a three-hour standoff near Powers Drive and Hiawassee Road. Investigators say he pointed the gun at a woman and her child during an argument over a cell phone.

The woman called deputies and that's when the standoff started.

"Of course it's scary because you don't know what's going on. You don't know what they're doing or if shooting is going to start," said Roger Chzsanowski, a neighbor.

The standoff ended peacefully. A total of four men came out of the house.

Deputies released three of the men because they say they did not threaten the victim.
