The woman involved in a dramatic police chase last week will stay in jail for the time being.

Erika Hein appeared in court Sunday. A judge ordered her held without bond.

Hein's lawyers say the state has no proof she was a willing participant when her boyfriend, Andrew Gaskell, led law enforcement on a 90-minute chase through Seminole and Crange counties.

Hein faces several charges including grand theft auto.
