VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Volusia County deputies said a man that held a mother and her four children at gunpoint during a home invasion lived across the street.

Deputies said Jonathan Pearson kicked in the family's door off David Drive (see map) in Daytona Beach Saturday. Officers said Pearson held a gun to a 13-year-old girl's head and demanded money.

Pearson got away with several hundred dollars, but deputies arrested him Sunday night.

No one was hurt during the incident.
