ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- 700 people will have a job when school starts in Orange County in ten days because of federal stimulus money. That is how many jobs were saved with the $60 million the district received. The jobs range from teachers, to guidance counselors, to behavior experts and learning coaches.Kris Finn is a nine-year art teacher at the Blankner School who did not know for sure if she would have a job. She is still worried that she will have the same problem next summer."If they don't find a better source of funding in the next while we're going to be looking at the exact same thing, and that's definitely our concern," said Finn.Eyewitness News checked with Seminole County and found out stimulus money there saved 400 teaching positions.
