CASSELBERRY, Fla. -- School leaders say a teacher accused of abusing autistic students also had pornography on a computer in her classroom. We've learned at least one of those computers had pictures of Kathy Garrett herself.

There is some indication that teacher's aides told school administrators about computer pornography in the classroom two years ago, but nothing was done. This time, three classroom computers are being turned over to Casselberry police, including the one right off of Kathy Garrett's desk.

Wednesday, parent Annie Baez found out Garrett allegedly had computer porn in the classroom.

"My fear is, how much of this is going to come out and how much of it is going to be protected, or hidden from us?" Baez questions.

Channel 9 has learned that the graphic computer content shows bondage, including Garrett partially clothed on her own website. She allegedly showed the pictures to a classroom aide.

There is no indication that children were exposed to the content, but teacher's aides may have warned school officials about the online activities two years go.

That has re-ignited anger in parents.

Attorney Scott Noecker represents one of the parents. He says if administrators knew about the abuse and the computer porn for years, the district is in a very tough legal bind.

"I would think that a jury of your peers and my peers would find that inexcusable," Noecker says.

Also Wednesday, the school district announced a special independent investigator. A local attorney has been hired to sort out what school officials knew and when they knew it.
