Todd English's bluezoo

Walt Disney World's Swan and Dolphin are well known resorts; however, unless you are meeting someone who is staying there, you may not be aware of the culinary gem located just inside. Todd English's bluezoo is a entertainingly upscale restaurant serving an eclectic collection of dishes that are certainly on the best bets list.

From the moment you walk into bluezoo, you will feel like you are in a work of art. Renowned architect Jeffrey Beers created a setting filled with interesting light and glass — he learned the craft of glassblowing from master Dale Chihuly. That’s why the place is so appealing whether you are there for a full meal or quick cocktail.

But don't mistakenly think the food plays second to the décor. This restaurant is the brainchild of famous celebrity Chef Todd English — the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef in the Northeast and Bon Appétit's Restauranteur of the Year award winner. Executive chef Edward Bilicki continues his mentor's coastal cuisine here in Orlando.

Craving fine seafood? Want a good beef filet? The menu is full of inventive items — Littleneck Clams Flatbread, Vietnamese Crab Salad, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and even a Slow-roasted Double Pork Chop. Accolades aside, bluezoo is worthy of a trip, no matter where you live in Central Florida.
