Every month, we pair (and savor) a selection of sushi with a spotlight beverage. In October, we'll pair the fine art of sushi with the fine taste of wine. Menu includes Signature Cucumber Roll paired with Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier; Spicy Tuna Tapas paired with Schloss Saarstein Riesling QBA; and Sautéed Matsutake paired with Parker Station Pinot Noir.
