Olympic Aquabike consists of a 1.5 km swim and a 40 km bike. Olympic Duathlon consists of a 2.8 mile run, a 40 km bike and a 5.6 mile run. Olympic Triathlon consists of a 1.5 km swim, a 40 km bike and a 5.6 mile run. Sprint Aquabike consists of a 0.75 km swim and a 20 km bike. Sprint Duathlon consists of a 2.8 mile run, a 20 km bike and a 2.8 mile run. Sprint Triathlon consists of a 0.75 km swim, a 20 km bike and a 2.8 mile run. MyFirst Triathlon consists of a 0.4 km swim, a 20 km bike and a 2.8 mile run. Entry fees range from $65 to $85 for individual Sprint Tri, Du, Aqua, from $110 to $130 for Sprint Tri 2 or 3 person relay, from $75 to $95 for MyFirst Tri entry fee includes 1 day USAT fee, from $90 to $110 for Olympic Tri, Du, Aqua and from $135 to $155 for Olympic Tri 2 or 3 person relay. All athletes except MyFirst Triathletes must present proof of USAT membership or buy a 1 day membership. Event specific T-shirts are available for the first 250 to register, after that T-shirts will be available for $12.00. Awards will be given to top 3 men & women overall as well as 1 place age group, athenas and military in Olympic Tri, Du and Aqua as well as in Sprint Tri, Du and Aqua. Relay awards will be given to top 3 Olympic Tri Relay and Sprint Tri Relay. MyFirst Tri awards will be given to top 5 men & women overall and 1 place in each age group.
