The Barnett Park Disc Golf Club holds a weekly handicap tournament each Sunday beginning at 10:30am. The fee to participate is $6.00 and includes entry into the overall event, closest-to-the-pin and ace fund. Entry is $5.00 for Barnett Park Disc Golf Team Members. Players must be registered by 10:30 sharp. Sign up at the disc golf pro shop/park concession stand. The handicap tournament format allows players of all abilities and skill levels to compete on a level playing field by adding or subtracting strokes to/from a player's score based on their individual playing average. It takes three recorded rounds to establish a handicap at Barnett Park. A handicap may also be established based on a player's active PDGA rating. (must provide proof of membership and rating).
