It's virtually impossible to have grown up in the 1980s, or even the 1990s, and not be relatively familiar with the song, "The Safety Dance," as it's a song sung and danced to by an entire generation of music fans.
Created by Canadian-based new wave group Men Without Hats, the "The Safety Dance" (1982) helped put electronic music on the map. The group scored another hit in 1987 with "Pop Goes the World."
