SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6th - 8:00 - 9:30 AM (Mayors' Walk - 8:30 - 9:00 AM) A scenic, easy, 1.5 mile route – good for the whole family (strollers welcome!) FREE FOOD, FUN & FAMILY FESTIVITIES! Free pedometers Free Health Screenings from Florida Hospital and Centra Care Join Mayor Ken Bradley, Winter Park, Mayor Bruce Mount, Eatonville, and Mayor Howard Schieferdecker, Maitland and take one giant step toward making our communities the healthiest in the nation. The community with the most walkers wins a cash prize - and bragging rights. This heart-healthy 30-minute fun walk also features singing (Macedonia Missionary Baptist Choir), entertainment and an old-fashioned celebration of community and health. MACEDONIA MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH CHOIR & OTHER COMMUNITY GROUPS PERFORMING. One of the highlights of the morning’s entertainment will be the amazing Macedonia Missionary Baptist Choir.
