2012 marks the 25th year of the annual Light-Up Eustis Christmas light display. The Bay Street Players Young People's Theatre will begin Christmas caroling and dance at 5:30 pm.  The public is then invited to join Mayor Susan Hooper in a countdown ceremony to watch approximately 400,000 LED Christmas lights come to life at 6:00 pm.  Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be paying a special visit from the North Pole, arriving on a fire truck, to visit with the children at Fountain Green.   Throughout the evening, there will be live music on multiple stages, over 50 food and craft vendors, and many kids activities. Live entertainment for this special event includes:   Aaron Taylor and Stonefree  will be performing on the downtown streets and choral groups from the First Baptist Church of Eustis, Bay Street Players, and Calvary Chapel of the Lakes will be performing in Alexander Park at the corner of Bay Street and Magnolia Avenue.  Come out and enjoy an evening with friends, shopping, food, and great music!
