This class will provide you with the most up-to-date information about natural childbirth. A nurse, who has years of experience helping women through the labor process, will describe the latest techniques and teach you and your support person how you can naturally deliver your baby. Location: This class will take place on the second floor of The Medical Library on Our hospital campus. What to bring: Please bring 2-3 pillows with you and wear comfortable clothing.
This class is also considered an elective class option as part of the Gift of Motherhood Series and One-day Class.
