This year is the 3rd Annual MG Walk sponsored by the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (MGFA). MG is a neuromuscular chronic auto-immune disease that affects only 2 in 10,000 people. There is no cure for this disease and thats why we walk..."For a World without MG!"

My name is Amber McKeon and in 2009, I was diagnosed with MG, I was battling the disease for 2 1/2 years before doctors were able to diagnose me. I have since had major surgery and been on high doses of corticosteroids and other medications to control the symptoms of MG.
