It's high time for a good time!

The American Cancer Society of Central Florida presents the 2013 Central Florida Cattle Barons' Ball, Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Rosen Shingle Creek, from 6:00pm until the cows go home.

The Cattle Barons’ Ball, the signature gala supporting the American Cancer Society-Central Florida Unit, returns to Orlando for the third year in a row since its successful revival.  Last spring, more than 900 cowboys and cowgirls donned their finest denim, boots with spurs and ten-gallon hats to kick up their heels and enjoy a hootin’ and hollerin’ evening to raise more than $336,000 in the ongoing pursuit of a cure for cancer.  Guests, sponsors, donors and one hundred active volunteers were responsible for raising the funds that make the ultimate difference in the lives of those children who are coping with cancer.

Wrangling Cowboys and Cowgirls

As the world's largest single-night fundraiser for cancer research through the American Cancer Society, the Cattle Barons’ Ball is back to becoming one of Central Florida’s highly anticipated annual fundraising events.   The 2013 Western-themed event promises to showcase Texas-sized fun! Guests will “dine around” and taste test culinary creations from local suppliers, hotels and restaurants including Emeril's, Cuba Libre, Fogo deChao, Nestle Professionals, Prickly Pear Steakhouse, Uno's, K Restaurant and Wine Bar, Cuisiniers Catering, BB Kings, Creekstone Farms, Cress Restaurant, C&S Brisket Bus, Empress Sissi Bakery, Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Center, Rosen Plaza, World Center Marriott and more. While dining cocktail-style, our attendees will partake in beverages from Nestle Waters, Nespresso, Effenheimer Beer, Orlando Brewing co., Tito's Vodka, Opici Wine and ABC. Guests can enjoy Western-themed activities and bid on more than 200 silent auction items and a live auction with special higher-ticket item travel and experience packages.
