National Giveaway is Part of Random Acts of Life Improvement Campaign WHAT: As part of the National Random Acts of Life Improvement campaign, IKEA, The Life Improvement Store, will be helping people prepare for April showers by giving away free IKEA UPPTÄCKA umbrellas*  across the country on Friday, March 29, 2013. The colorful, lightweight umbrella is an ideal companion to keep consumers stay dry during the rainy season. This giveaway is part of the national IKEA Random Acts of Life Improvement campaign, aimed to surprise and delight the public with tokens of appreciation to improve everyday moments in their lives.  This is the 2nd Random Act of Life Improvement as part of the IKEA Life Improvement Project (www.thelifeimprovementproject.com), a program designed to offer consumers ideas and inspiration to help them make a positive impact on their homes and the lives within.
