To help small businesses make meaningful connections with key procurement decision-makers, American Express OPEN has partnered with the National 8(a) Association to host a free matchmaking session, “VIP Contract Connections”, during the annual National 8(a) Association 2013 Winter Conference at the Disney World Yacht Club Resort on February 5. From 1pm to 5pm, small business owners will have the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with federal agencies and prime contractors.
