A 1 hour class on Gentle Hatha Yoga for the community is being offered to get fit, flexible, stronger, firmer and healthier for beginners, intermediates, for young and mature.Classes are always led by Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher of the 500 Level by Yogini Daya Devi-Doolin. Daya is the Co-Founder of Mind Body Spirit Center along with Inez Bracy of Inez Bracy International LLC. She has been practicing and teaching for 50 years.
Hatha Yoga classes by Daya are composed of meditation techniques, breathing techniques (pranayama), asanas (postures) which address all the glands, hormonal system, respiration, circulatory, skeletal, joints and muscles. Lower back problems, female symptoms, blood problems are addressed and relieved. Stress is reduced or reversed to peace and calmness.
