Renowned golf course architect Joe Lee calls the Deer Island layout, "The most unique golf course I've ever designed." Deer Island is situated on a 400-acre island with views of beautiful Mount Dora. The club is especialy proud of the brand new clubhouse and new course layout. If you want to play Deer Island, you better do it sooner than later because the facility has plans on going private as soon as the membership is full.
