Course Knowledge:
One of the world's most acclaimed and heralded golf course architects, Tom Fazio, is the person responsible for one of Central Florida's newest golf gems. The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lakes is, without a doubt, a picture of beauty. The course is one of only 17 golf courses in the world to receive full certification as a registered member of the Audubon International Signature Cooperative Sanctuary Program. Aesthetics aside, the course is one of the finest around; the large, undulating, tree-lined fairways and greens make you feel as if you are playing in the foothills of North Carolina. Five different sets of tees allow players of all skill levels to enjoy the course. The Legacy Club is usually in immaculate condition, and the customer service is top notch.
