Boggy Creek Golf Club was once the golf facility for the U.S. Naval Training Center before the based was closed down. This is a relatively flat golf course that features wide open fairways and fairly small greens. The most challenging hole on the course is the 390-yard, par 4, 15th (6th hole); a tree-lined fairway places a premium on your drive and the approach shot requires that you avoid a sand trap positioned directly in front of the elevated green. This golf course is ideal for beginning and intermediate golfers who are eager to shoot that lower score they've been yearning for. The Bogg, as it's affectionately referred to by many locals, is widely-known as one of Central Florida's best golf values.
