Injured Bear Found Behind Ormond Beach Wal-Mart To Be Re-Located

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- Florida wildlife officers will re-locate a bear captured behind a Wal-Mart in Ormond Beach.The large male bear was spotted Monday afternoon in a thin strip of woods near Granada Boulevard and I-95. It had no easy route back to open land, so officials decided to tranquilize the bear.Wildlife officers said the bear had probably been hit by a car because it had a broken leg and an injured shoulder.
