Dog Up for Adoption After Owner Leaves It To Starve

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. -- An abandoned dog found inside a Brevard County rental home was up for adoption at the Titusville SPCA. A black lab named Brutus was found starving inside a West Cocoa home in August.

His owner Angela Campo was evicted the month before and denied neglecting the dog when deputies tracked her down.

Campo can not own another dog unless a judge approves it.
