Orlando Regional Healthcare Announces Name Change

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The next time you drive by Orlando Regional Hospital you might notice a new logo. Late Tuesday morning, hospital administrators unveiled its new name.Orlando Regional Healthcare is now Orlando Health. The name change is in celebration of its 90th anniversary.Hospital administrators said the change was needed to better connect the network of eight hospitals and care centers in the Orlando region. The announcement came as a surprise to more than 13,000 employees who said the name may be different, but the quality of care will remain the same.Orlando Health is Central Florida's fifth largest employer.
