KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- A 78-year-old Kissimmee landlord is in jail for allegedly stalking one of his tenants and stealing from them.

Osceola County deputies said the tenant's son caught Seymour Gellis going through his mother's dresser drawers looking at her personal items. The victim also said Gellis would let himself into her home while she was showering.

Gellis was in the Osceola County jail, Friday morning, charged with stalking and burglary.
