Man Facing Charges For Selling Fake Crack Cocaine To Mentally Disabled Patients

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man is facing charges for trying to sell fake crack cocaine to mentally disabled nursing home patients.Investigators say Hillmon Arnold admitted he tried to sell the fake drugs at the Golden Retreat just outside of Jacksonville, Saturday. Arnold said he needed money to support his own drug habit.Sheriff's officials say Arnold still faces charges even though he wasn't selling real drugs.
