Construction Worker Shot With Nail Gun Walks To Pharmacy For Help

Posted: 8:16 am EDT May 6, 2008

A man who accidentally shot himself with a nail gun didn't call 911 for help, but instead walked to a local pharmacy for help.

Officials said the construction worker walked to a Titusville CVS Pharmacy and told an employee he was doing construction work when a nail gun hit him in the chest. A medical helicopter took him to Holmes Regional Medical Center.

His condition was unknown Tuesday morning.
