Glitch In Jail Phone System Sends Out Incorrect Notices

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- A state program that notifies victims when someone is out of jail led people to believe that an accused baby snatcher was back on the streets.Seminole County jail officials say when Vinelink rebooted its system it sent out incorrect notices that some suspects had been released, including Jennifer Latham. She's accused of stealing a newborn baby from a Sanford hospital in March.Officials say Latham is still in jail and the glitch has been fixed.
