PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. -- A Washington D.C. woman has been stranded in Orlando after Carnival Cruise Lines would not let her on board because she is too pregnant.Huey Tsao is 26 weeks pregnant. When she bought her ticket, she got a brochure that said guests pregnant over 27 weeks cannot board the ship. But when she arrived at Port Canaveral, agents said their policy changed to less than 24 weeks pregnant.Even though Tsao had a doctor's note, Carnival said she should have checked online. Her family boarded the ship without her because it was a family reunion.Carnival says the policy went into effect in January. It was only after Eyewitness News got involved that Carnival said it will grant Tsao credit toward a future cruise.
