TITUSVILLE, Fla. -- A Titusville man was in jail Thursday after police said he got drunk and passed out behind the wheel with three children in the back seat.Police say they found two men passed out in the car parked at a convenience store on SR-50 in Titusville. The three children in the back didn't have car seats.The man behind the wheel whose name wasn't released was charged with DUI and child neglect.
