So, in protest, Cordi painted his car with messages for code enforcement. There's even a toy battle scene on the trunk of the car to represent his fight with code enforcement.
Cordi said it all started when officers cited him for having a boat and cars in his yard and then warned him about parking on the grass.
Neighbors in Audubon Park aren't happy with Cordi's protest.
"It's ridiculous. It's just ridiculous to put something out on the street like this," said resident Joyce Burchfield.
"That was just because I got upset. It's week after week after week. It's every little thing," Cordi explained.
The issue will go before the Orlando code enforcement board in April.
