Like a deer in the headlights, the man was photographed looking straight at the camera of a homemade security system. Police said it was 18-year-old Robert Pilling. The truck was broken into four different times before the owner decided to take matters into his own hands by setting up the surveillance camera system. The victim did not want to be identified, just in case the burglar knows who he is."I was very concerned for my family's safety. I felt violated, very violated and helpless," he said.Once police confirmed Pilling's identity, they contacted him and asked him to turn himself in. He was charged with one count of burglary.
