Rockets' Hayes Has Successful Surgery On Nose

(Sports Network) - Houston Rockets forward Chuck Hayes broke his nose during a workout session on Thursday and underwent successful surgery later that afternoon.

Hayes is expected to miss four-to-six weeks before he is cleared to return to the court.

The undrafted, three-year veteran out of Kentucky has spent his entire career with the Rockets, averaging 4.2 points and 5.7 rebounds in 197 games, while logging almost 19 1/2 minutes an outing.
