On several different cameras, Kahin slammed into a second-floor mall entrance and barreled through a perfume kiosk. He told police he had been trying to commit suicide and was immediately placed in protective custody.Paperwork on the crash has been filed with the State Attorney's Office, and it will be up to them to decide whether Kahin will face criminal charges.
