ORLANDO, Fla. -- Monday, details of a major security overhaul planned for airport employees in Orlando and other Florida cities are expected to be released. The Transportation Security Administration is making those changes in response to the arrests of four people involved in a drugs and guns smuggling operation at Orlando International Airport."We've gotta go through a pretty rigorous screening process just to get on the plane, so why shouldn't they," asked Kevin Pack, an Orlando traveler. In response to the security breach, OIA officials said the airport has set up law-enforcement teams that now patrol employee areas and baggage rooms day and night to check ID badges and look for unusual activity. Also, OIA is reportedly working with airlines to trim the number of employees with access to critical areas. The federal investigation into the incident in question is far from over. It is possible additional arrests could result.
