Deputies said the video shows a group of thieves who burglarized several homes in the Lemon Tree Condominiums off Rio Grande Avenue. Detectives were able to use the video to link 18-year-old Thomas Colson to a series of burglaries. Deputies said Colson and another unnamed suspect videotaped themselves in Colson's bedroom with stolen items.

They showed off the items while a woman videotaped.

"If you don't know someone personally who could buy it, you could sell it to Play It Again Sports," the woman's voice said as Colson tried on scuba gear.

The video helped Sean and Mary Campbell recover their belongings. Their knife set and Xbox were found in Colson's bedroom.

The Campbell's said their home was ransacked and dozens of items were stolen.

"It was like they were showing trophies," said Mary Campbell.

The suspects also took adult magazines from the Campbell's home. At another home, the thieves lit candles and drank wine.

Detectives believe the group is linked to at least 14 burglaries.

So far, just Colson has been arrested, but detectives are hoping to gather more information about the other people who may be involved. Detectives were also looking through pawn shops for more stolen goods.
