ORLANDO, Fla. -- It's a victory, at least for now, for activists who feed the homeless in Orlando's Lake Eola Park.

According to a local organization, the city now says it won't enforce its ordinance against feeding the homeless until an ACLU lawsuit challenging that ordinance has gone through the courts.Wednesday, Eric Montanez was arrested for serving meals to more than 25 people in the park.
