ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Toll Brothers Home Building Company bills itself as a luxury home builder. But some Central Floridians said their community is anything but.The Island Walk homeowners association is now taking Toll Brothers to court. They point to shoddy work like layers of stucco so thin that the cinder blocks underneath are showing through. And holes punched where homeowners said the developer forgot to put in proper drainage."I guess the shocking thing is it's just so blatantly obvious," said Robert Turner, the homeowner's association president.A Toll Brothers spokesperson said the lawsuit has no merit and that they acquired the community from another builder, Landstar Homes in 2005.
