ORLANDO, Fla. -- Dozens of residents from an Orlando nursing home were forced to evacuate Sunday night when a fire started in the facility's laundry room.Fire investigators said the blaze started in a dryer at the Rosewood Health and Rehabilitation Center on Rosewood Way, near North Orange Blossom Trail. The staff moved quickly and got about 50 people out of harm's way. Firefighters said the employees' quick actions made all the difference."They did a great job putting out the fire. We could then focus on the fire fighting aspect rather then the safety aspect," said Dist. Chief J.R. Saez of the Orlando Fire Department.A sprinkler system helped douse the flames. Residents were moved to other parts of the facility. No one was hurt.
