SANFORD, Fla. -- The 10-year-old boy who was badly burned when a plane crashed into his Sanford home has taken a turn for the worse.

Daniel Happy was burned on 95 percent of his body when a plane crashed into his Sanford home on July 10.

Sunday night, at the Shriner's dinner in Orlando, Eyewitness News learned Happy is now battling an infection and pneumonia.

Five people were killed in the fatal crash, including Daniel’s 4-year-old sister.
